The idea was born from a love for Italy, during a journey that led to discovering the beauties and flavours of the Belpaese.
Among the places of the heart, the cities of art, from Florence to Venice, with their musing works of sculpture and architecture in white marble, have inspired the name Bianco, which means White, such as the façade that stands out iconically in the neighbourhood.
The interiors, on the other hand, dedicated to the love for traditions, were inspired by classic Milanese bars and restaurants, where every object reveals a layer of meaning.
